Our Mission
Mary’s Shelter is a pro-life program. We assist women in crisis pregnancy situations by providing housing and all necessary support in order to bring their babies to term.
Our Program
Mary’s Shelter provides independent residential care to pregnant women over the age of eighteen who, for any reason, lack the resources to complete their pregnancy. Our services include:

  • Securing necessary housing
  • Coordinating benefits with local government agencies
  • Helping with transportation needs
  • Providing education and employment assistance
  • Counseling in mothering skills
  • Other needs on a case by case basis
Outcomes
For each woman supported, Mary’s Shelter seeks to achieve:

  • A healthy pregnancy
  • A healthy baby
  • Successful completion of GED program, if needed
  • Completion of prenatal, parenting, and life skills training
  • Transition to independence
  • Job security
